@Fried Rice
1/2 c. white rice, uncooked
1/2 c. fresh chopped or frozen vegetables of your preference
2 tsp. butter
1 egg
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1. Combine uncooked rice and vegetables and steam as directed on the rice packaging, with a little extra water than called for to account for the vegetables.
2. In a frying pan, scramble the egg in butter over medium heat. Add rice mixture to pan and combine evenly.
3. Add soy sauce and stir thoroughly.
